  • 250g flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 200g candied fruit
  • 3 eggs

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 210°c

Step 2

In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the candied fruits so that they do not fall to the bottom of the dish.

Step 3

In a salad bowl, mix the melted butter with the sugar, add the eggs 1 by 1.

Step 4

Add the flour and the candied fruits + the yeast. Mix.

Step 5

Bake for 15 min at 210°c then lower the thermostat to 150°c, cook for 45 min.

Step 6

Put a knife in to check the cooking.
