  • 4 tomatoes
  • Provencal herbs
  • 150g oat flakes
  • 70g parmesan
  • 100g butter
  • olive oil

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Step 2

Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Arrange them in an ovenproof dish. Add a drizzle of oil and some Provençal herbs.

Step 3

Prepare the crumble mixture, using your fingertips, mix the oat flakes with the parmesan and the butter cut into pieces.

Step 4

Arrange on the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes.
