  • 1 packet of lasagna sheets
  • 450g spinach
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 onions
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 40cl crème fraîche
  • Salt / pepper

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 210°c

Step 2

In a frying pan, brown the onion.

Step 3

Add the spinach and let it soften. Add the salmon fillets.

Step 4

Oil a baking dish. Put a layer of lasagna sheets, add the stuffing, cover with pasta and continue until all the ingredients are used up.

Step 5

Pour the cream on top. Sprinkle with Gruyère cheese and bake for 30 min.
