Mini Momie Peppers

  • 500g of mini peppers of all colors
  • Fresh cheese
  • 1 packet of puff pastry
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Step 2

Wash the peppers, cut them lengthwise and remove the flesh.

Step 3

Sprinkle the peppers with cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Cut strips of puff pastry. Wrap the strips around the vegetables.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Add little eyes, (CAUTION NOT EDIBLE), to scare your guests.
