  • 200g gorgonzola
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Step 2

Wash the pears and cut them in half. Empty the insides.

Step 3

Arrange them in a dish and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes. When they come out of the oven, arrange them in the pears. Return to the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts slightly.

Step 5

Add the walnuts and honey and serve immediately.
