Peppers stuffed with rice

  • 4 peppers
  • 150g rice
  • 1 onion
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c.

Step 2

Cook the rice as directed on the packet.

Step 3

Chop the onion and brown in a little oil.

Step 4

Add the rice.

Step 5

Chop the parsley.

Step 6

Cut the tops off the peppers and remove them.

Step 7

Place the rice inside and replace the top of the pepper.

Step 8

Drizzle with oil.

Step 9

Bake for 45 minutes.
