Chef N-Zem meets production managerLaurent, who explains the properties and unique manufacturing process of borosilicate glass, the secret behind the extreme resistance of Pyrex dishes®. Pyrex® glass is manufactured in France in Châteauroux in a unique furnace in the world, the largest for this type of glass, borosilicate.

Thanks to know-how inherited from a long tradition and a process at the cutting edge of innovation, the Pyrex® brand represents one of the flagship French glass industry in the world.

In 2017, the Pyrex company obtained the Origine France Garantie Certification for its pressed glass products because 95% of our raw materials are of French origin. local.
