- Slices of stale sandwich bread
- 2 eggs
- 200ml of milk
- 50g of sugar
- 1 peach

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and add the milk.
Step 3
Arrange the slices of stale bread in the baking dish. Pour the mixture over them.
Step 4
Cut the peach into quarters and arrange on the bread.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
