Cook or reheat your homemade dishes at any time thanks to our replacement glass base suitable for our Cook & Heat or Cook & Store storage box. Made entirely of borosilicate glass, it is therefore compatible with the oven and microwave and can even be used as a lid for your pans. Its material also allows it to be placed in the refrigerator. The exceptional quality of this lid lies in its manufacturing material, Pyrex® borosilicate glass. Resistant to extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +350°C, it can be safely moved from the freezer to the oven. In addition, its resistance to thermal shocks up to 240°C makes it a reliable ally for all your culinary preparations. It does not retain stains or odors, thus preserving the purity of flavors.

How to use : Conventional oven (max. 350°C without lid), microwave oven if sized appropriately, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

Never use :

• Directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill or barbecue.
• A chipped or partially broken dish

Precautions for use :

• Avoid sudden temperature changes:
  Do not:
  - Place hot food on damp or cold surfaces.
  - Immerse a hot dish in cold water.
  - Add cold liquid to a hot dish (if necessary, add hot water only).
  - Putting a cold dish under the grill
  A hot dish or its lid must always be handled with potholders or dry gloves to avoid any risk of burns.

• Do not use sharp utensils.

• Use in a conventional oven (without the lid) at temperatures above 350°C may damage the glass.
• When using the article (without its lid) under a grill/rotisserie, leave a space of at least 10 cm between the edge of the dish and the heat source.

• Non-sealed product, not suitable for transporting liquid food. Suitable for conventional oven without lid. Use with lid unlocked for reheating in microwave oven, as failure to unlock may result in deformation of the lid.

Care instructions :

• Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Dishwashing under abnormal conditions, such as excessive water temperature and detergent dosage, may damage the decor, glass and lid.
• In the case of burnt or stuck food, we recommend soaking with soap and water once the dish has cooled.

Although our glass is more resistant than others, it can break into several pieces or be chipped by repeated mechanical impact.

Main causes of mechanical shock :

• In the dishwasher: repeated knocks during washing if the dish is not stable in the dishwasher, or if it has been knocked before washing. Always check the condition of the dish before putting it in the dishwasher.
• A shock or chip, depending on its intensity, can generate instantaneous breakage or the beginnings of a rupture that can lead to subsequent breakage.
• In the cupboard: during storage, incorrect stacking or bumping into another dish can result in chipping or burrs, which can lead to breakage at a later date.

Occasionally check for chips or dents.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by mechanical shocks, failure to observe recommended use or professional use. Products with nicks or chips caused by use, or which have been
have been heated on a direct heat source are no longer covered by the warranty. Similarly, staining, discoloration or deformation of plastic accessories is not covered by the warranty.
