Cannelloni with mushrooms

- 6 cannellonis
- 500g mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 shallot
- Parsley
- Béchamel sauce
- Gruyère cheese

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c
Step 2
Wash and chop the mushrooms and brown them in a little butter.
Step 3
Chop the garlic clove and the shallot and chop the parsley. Add to the mushrooms.
Step 4
Garnish the cannelloni and place in a dish. Cover with béchamel sauce and a little Gruyère cheese, then bake for 30 minutes.
