MAINTENANCE: Wash before first use. It is recommended to wash the product by hand with non-abrasive products to preserve the qualities of the enamel. Avoid chlorinated cleaning products and washing in the dishwasher. The browning of the enamel observed over time, called seasoning, is normal and indicates the appearance of a protective non-stick layer, do not try to remove it. In the event of burnt food adhering to the enamel, leave to soak for a few hours before cleaning. If white traces of scale are observed, it is possible to clean them using a sponge soaked in vinegar. Rinse and dry immediately after washing to prevent the appearance of rust on the unglazed edge.
USE: For safety, to avoid damage to the item and for optimum performance, use on a heating element of suitable diameter, the size of the element must not be larger than that of the bottom of the item, the flames must not overflow. To avoid damage due to overheating, an item not containing liquid must always be heated over a low heat. Can be used on a barbecue, do not place directly on the embers.
WARRANTY: This product is guaranteed for life by INTERNATIONAL COOKWARE against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse or professional use. Staining, discoloration and flaking of the enamel resulting from impacts, nicks or overheating, traces of rust, are not covered by the warranty.
