  • 5 raw beets
  • 4Tbsp olive oil
  • 3Tbsp garlic cloves
  • Salt / pepper
  • Cream cheese
  • Parsley

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Step 2

Peel the beets, cut off the ends, wash them.

Step 3

Cut the beets into quarters

Step 4

Put them in an ovenproof dish, add the olive oil, garlic cloves, salt and pepper, mix them

Step 5

Bake for 1 hour

Step 6

To see if the beets are cooked, stick a knife inside, the knife should go in without resistance.

Step 7

When they come out of the oven, arrange the plates, crumble the cream cheese on top and add parsley.
