  • 4 clementines
  • 4 egg white
  • 50 g powdered sugar

Recipe

Step 1

Carefully scoop out the top of the clementines and scoop them out with a spoon.

Step 2

Freeze the shells, caps and flesh for at least 3 hours.

Step 3

Blend the clementine flesh, add the powdered sugar and stiffly beaten egg white. Mix well.

Step 4

Remove the clementine shells from the freezer and top with the mixture.

Step 5

Return to freezer until ready to serve.
