A mix of sweet carrots, creamy sweet potatoes and delicately caramelized Jerusalem artichokes, crowned with a crispy parmesan-butter crumble. Magnificent!

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 Jerusalem artichokes
  • 1 onion
  • 150g flour
  • 100g butter
  • 60g parmesan

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Step 2

Fry the onion in a frying pan. Wash the vegetables, peel them and cut them. Add them to the frying pan. Cook everything for about 20 min

Step 3

Meanwhile, prepare the crumble dough, using your fingertips, mix the 3 ingredients to form crumbs.

Step 4

Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish, add the crumble

Step 5

Bake for 20 to 30 min.
