  • 1/2 packet of lasagna
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 carrots
  • 600g tomato puree
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • Oregano - Thyme
  • Salt / pepper
  • 100g grated cheese
  • Béchamel

Step 1

Fry the garlic and chopped onion in a little olive oil.

Step 2

Add the diced carrot then the minced meat.

Step 3

Add the tomato puree, the aromatic herbs. Salt and pepper. Let simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Step 4

Prepare the béchamel sauce

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place a thin layer of béchamel sauce in the bottom of the dish, add lasagne sheets, then the bolognese, the béchamel sauce and grated cheese. Repeat the operation until all the ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce, add the grated cheese.

Step 6

Bake for about 25 min.
