  • 1 zucchini

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°c

Step 2

Wash and cut all the vegetables

Step 3

In an ovenproof dish, place the feta in the center. Add the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and red onion

Step 4

Heat the water and add the broth. Pour into the dish

Step 5

Add a little olive oil, pepper and add some Provençal herbs

Step 6

Bake for 20 min
