  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 50cl fresh cream
  • 200g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20cl olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 75g breadcrumbs
  • parsley

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C

Step 2

Wash the peppers. Cut them in half lengthwise and drain.

Step 3

Combine tuna, cream, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic and parsley.

Step 4

Stuff the peppers with the mixture and bake for 45min.
