Pumpkin pasta

Celebrate autumn with creamy pumpkin pasta, enhanced with a touch of garlic, cream and Parmesan, a creamy delight.
Ingredients

- ½ pumpkin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Tablespoon of liquid cream
- 200g of pasta
- Parmesan

Step 1
Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds.
Step 2
Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 45 min at 180°C.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta as instructed on the packet.
Step 4
When the pumpkin is cooked, remove the skin and puree the flesh, add the crushed garlic and 2 tablespoons of single cream.
Step 5
Mix the pasta with the pumpkin sauce, parmesan and 50 to 100 ml of reserved water to loosen it. Season and sprinkle with extra parmesan.
