Cauliflower pizza

A light, crispy pizza, combining the sweetness of cauliflower, the richness of mozzarella and the freshness of vegetables.
Ingredients

- ½ cauliflower
- Tomato sauce
- 1 pepper
- 1 slice of ham
- mushrooms
- Olives
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 egg

Recipe
Step 1
Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°c.
Step 3
Dip half of the cauliflower in the flour/powder.
Step 4
Place the cauliflower semolina in a tea towel and squeeze out as much water as possible from the cauliflower.
Step 5
Place in a bowl, add the egg and stir.
Step 6
On a pizza pan, crush the cauliflower flour/powder.
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 8
At the end of cooking, add the tomato coulis, ham, pepper cut into strips and mushrooms. Add the olives and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Step 9
Bake for another 5 minutes until the mozzarella melts.
