- 6 leeks
- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200ml fresh cream
- butter

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut off the ends of the leeks and remove the green leaves (save them for another recipe).
Step 3
Carefully wash the white parts of the leeks.
Step 4
Sauté leeks in a frying pan with a knob of butter until softened.
Step 5
Place the cooked leeks in an ovenproof dish. Add the double cream.
Step 6
Sprinkle generously with Gruyère and bake for 20 minutes.
