- 1 rectangular puff pastry
- 100g chocolate
- 60g mascarpone
- 60g whole cream
- 10g icing sugar
- vanilla extract
- crushed hazelnuts
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C and cool all the whipped cream ingredients, the whisk and the bowl.
Unroll the dough and cut strips of the same length.
Roll up the first strip, then roll this first strip on the second and so on.
Place the roll on a baking sheet, place a ramekin on top to prevent it from swelling.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone whipped cream. Mix all the ingredients until you get a consistency that holds.
Put the whipped cream in a piping bag. Set aside in a cool place.
When the roll is ready, make two notches with a knife. Fill it with whipped cream.
Melt the chocolate, dip the top of the roll and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
