  • 500g flour
  • 300ml warm water
  • 12g fresh baker's yeast
  • 1tsp salt
  • Pumpkin, sunflower, sesame seeds

Recipe

Step 1

In a container, dissolve the yeast in a little warm water, leave to rest for 5 minutes then add the rest of the water.

Step 2

Pour the flour on top, then the salt.

Step 3

Mix everything roughly using a spatula.

Step 4

Cover and leave to rest for about 1 hour 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge, the dough should double in volume.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 240 °

Step 6

On the floured work surface, pour the dough

Step 7

Shape your rolls without working the dough too much. Add flour if the dough is too sticky.

Step 8

Place the seeds on top of the rolls.

Step 9

Leave to rest for 10 minutes covered with a tea towel.

Step 10

Bake for 30 min.
