- 2 puff pastries
- 125g cream cheese
- 100g smoked salmon
- Dill
- Pink berries
- Sesame seeds
- 1 egg

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°c
Step 2
Roll out the first sheet of puff pastry.
Step 3
Spread the cream cheese and add the smoked salmon in strips. Add the dill and pink peppercorns.
Step 4
Roll out the second sheet of puff pastry on top.
Step 5
Cut the pastry to form a fir tree, without forgetting the trunk (keep the scraps for other starters).
Step 6
Twist the branches.
Step 7
Brush with egg yolk and bake for 15 minutes.
