  • 1 sweet potato
  • small potatoes
  • Provence herbs
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ lemon
  • parsley

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°c

Step 2

Wash and peel the sweet potato, slice and halve the slices. Cook in water for 10 min.

Step 3

Take some small potatoes and cook them in water for 10 min.

Step 4

Place on a baking sheet. Oil the back of a ramekin and mash the potatoes and sweet potato pieces.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper, add herbes de Provence, brush with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Peel and grate the garlic clove. Add the yoghurt, lemon and chopped parsley. Mix well.
