  • 20mL water
  • 40mL syrup or fruit juice.

Step 1

Put the gelatin sheets in a container of cold water for about 10 min

Step 2

In a saucepan, pour the water, syrup and lemon juice. Heat until boiling.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Step 4

Drain the gelatin sheets and add them to the preparation, whisk vigorously.

Step 5

Pour into the molds.

Step 6

Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or in the freezer for 30 min.
