  • 1 épaule d’agneau
  • 1 bouquet de menthe
  • Vinaigre de cidre
  • 50g de sucre
  • Huile d’olive
  • Sel/poivre

Recipe

Step 1

With a knife, cut the meat on one side only. Salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the sugar with the cider vinegar, olive oil and the bunch of chopped mint.

Step 3

Brush the piece of meat with the mixture, put in a dish, cover it and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Step 4

After 2 hours, remove the excess mint.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 200°. Place the meat in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
