  • 60g flour
  • 60g butter
  • 50cl milk
  • 3 slices of Serrano ham
  • 100g grated cheese
  • Salt / pepper
  • 100g breadcrumbs (for breadcrumbs)
  • 100g flour (for breadcrumbs)
  • 1 egg (for breadcrumbs)

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 210°c

    Step 2

    Make a béchamel sauce, melt the butter, then add the flour and milk little by little while mixing. When the mixture begins to thicken, add the grated cheese and the Serrano ham cut into strips. Salt and pepper.

    Step 3

    Place the béchamel sauce in a dish, put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

    Step 4

    After these 2 hours, form balls. On three different plates, place the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Dip each croquetas in the flour, egg and then breadcrumbs. Repeat 2 times.

    Step 5

    Place them in an ovenproof dish and brush them with a little oil.

    Step 6

    Bake for 20 min.
