  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Step 1

    Place leftover bread and raisins in a bowl. Add milk. Leave to stand for at least 3 hours.

    Step 2

    In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract.

    Step 3

    Preheat oven to 180°C

    Step 4

    When the bread is well soaked, mix the two preparations and place in a mould.

    Step 5

    Bake for about 30 minutes
