Step 1

Wash and dry the vegetable peels using kitchen paper.

Step 2

Place in a bowl and season with oil, salt, pepper and your favorite spices.

Preheat the oven to 180° then bake for 15 to 20 minutes (45 to 50 minutes for the beet potato chips) and you're ready to go!
