  • 60g flour
  • 50g sugar

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°c

Step 2

In a Pyrex® bowl, separate the whites from the yolks. Keep the whites. Using a whisk, froth the egg whites without whipping them.

Step 3

Add the sugar and flour. Stir.

Step 4

On a baking sheet, make 2 circles of about 8 cm. Bake your circles of dough 2 by 2, because the dough dries very quickly.

Step 5

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the circles from the baking sheet while they are still warm, add a small piece of paper with a quote or your own witty message. Fold the circle in half. Form the characteristic shape of the fortune cookie with the edge of a glass.
