- 5 zucchini
- 5 eggs
- 20cl milk
- 20cl creme fraiche
- olive oil
- salt/pepper
- tomato coulis

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°c
Step 2
Wash and grate the zucchinis, set aside.
Step 3
Beat the eggs into an omelette, season with salt and pepper, and add the milk and cream. Mix well.
Step 4
Place the zucchinis in an ovenproof dish and pour the mixture over them. Place in the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with tomato coulis. The flan can be eaten hot or cold.
