- 125g sugar
- 200g dark chocolate
- 90g butter
- 2 eggs
- 90g flour
- 70g walnuts
- White sugar paste
- Sugar eyes

Preheat oven to 180°c
Melt the chocolate and butter
Place the flour and sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the chocolate-butter mixture, then the eggs. Mix
Add the walnuts and mix. Butter and flour the mould. Pour the batter into the buttered mould. Bake for 30 minutes.
Leave to cool before unmolding and cutting into rectangles.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the sugar paste. Then cut out strips with a knife
Decorate the cooled brownies with the sugar-paste strips, and add the sugar eyes.
