Rustic zucchini, tomato and mustard tart

Ingredients

- 300g flour
- 150g butter
- Salt
- 10cl water
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- Mustard
- Egg + milk for browning

Recipe
Mix all the ingredients to make the dough. Shape into a ball and leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°c.
Roll out the dough and brush the bottom with mustard.
Wash and slice the vegetables. Arrange them on the tart. Seal the edges and brush with egg and milk.
Bake for 35 minutes.
