Pumpkin pasta

- ½ pumpkin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Tablespoon of liquid cream
- 200g of pasta
- Parmesan

Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds.
Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 45 min at 180°C.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta as instructed on the packet.
When the pumpkin is cooked, remove the skin and puree the flesh, add the crushed garlic and 2 tablespoons of single cream.
Mix the pasta with the pumpkin sauce, parmesan and 50 to 100 ml of reserved water to loosen it. Season and sprinkle with extra parmesan.
