C'est exactement ce dont j'avais besoin: de quoi me préparer des portions individuelles à l'avance, pouvoir le conserver au frigo ou au congélateur et pouvoir réchauffer à ma meilleure convenance. Attention qu'effectivement ce n'est pas conçu pour le transport.
