  • 10 sheets filo pastry
  • 50g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 150g almond powder
  • 75g sugar
  • 75g butter
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°c

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the almond powder with the 2 eggs, sugar and softened butter.

Step 3

Place in a mould. Lay out 2 sheets of filo pastry, the edges should stick out. Brush with melted butter and repeat 2 times between each sheet.

Step 4

Top with the frangipane, don't forget the bean.

Step 5

Lay out the remaining filo sheets in the same way as before. Fold over and crumple the edges. Put a few pieces of butter on top and the 2 tablespoons of sugar. Place in the oven.
