Iced strawberry mochi

A sweet marriage of sweet rice flour, delicately shaped into a soft embrace, enveloping a melting strawberry ice cream. An irresistible frozen treat!
Ingredients

- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 45g sugar
- 145g water
- Cornstarch
- Strawberry ice cream

Recipe
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar and water in a saucepan, pouring in little by little. Whisk to combine.
Step 2
Heat over low heat until compact, mix with a spatula.
Step 3
Place cornstarch on the work surface, place mochi dough on top and put more cornstarch on top. Cover your hands and rolling pin.
Step 4
Roll out dough into circles. Add more cornstarch if dough is too sticky.
Step 5
Make a scoop of ice cream, place in the center of the circle and close the mochi. Return to the freezer for about 2 hours.
