  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 50g parmesan
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil
  • Salt/pepper

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°c

Step 2

Cut the stringy end of the asparagus. Rinse the asparagus under water then dry them.

Step 3

Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan, dip the asparagus in the egg then in the breadcrumb/parmesan mixture. Mix well.

Step 4

Place the asparagus in an ovenproof dish, brush them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 min.
