  • 4 carrots
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • Honey
  • Fresh goat cheese
  • Provence herbs
  • 6 rice leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt / Pepper

Recipe

Step 1

Peel and thinly slice the carrots using a vegetable peeler. Place in a bowl and season with olive oil, curry powder, salt, pepper and a drizzle of honey. Set aside for later.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the fresh goat's cheese, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper. Set aside for later use.

Step 3

Beat the 2 eggs with salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Step 4

Quickly dip rice leaves one by one. Arrange 3 on top of each other.

Step 5

Spread the goat cheese and add the carrots. Fold over the edges of the rice sheets.

Step 6

Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 7

Sprinkle with parsley.
