  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 200g flour
  • 125g unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2tsp bicarbonate
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Brown sugar

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°c

    Step 2

    In a salad bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, bicarbonate and cinnamon. Set aside.

    Step 3

    Mash 3 bananas, add the compote and 2 eggs. Then add the dry ingredients mixed beforehand. Mix well.

    Step 4

    Pour the dough into the mold.

    Step 5

    Cut the remaining banana in half, place it on the cake. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

    Step 6

    Bake for 50 min
