Step 1

Heat the pasta as indicated on the packet.

Step 2

Drain it. Remove the lemon zest and squeeze it to collect the juice.

Step 3

Add the lemon zest and juice to the pasta, mix. Add halved cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of oil. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan.
