  • 400g cooked chestnuts
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chicken
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Cut the onion and garlic. Put them in the dish. Add the potatoes.

Step 3

Place the chicken on the filling and brush it with oil. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours.

Step 4

Add the chestnuts 10 minutes before the end of cooking so that they keep their softness and crunchiness.
