Rustic zucchini and burrata tart

- 1/2 shortcrust pastry
- 1/2 zucchini
- 50g parmesan
- 1/2 burrata
- olive oil
- pine nuts
- salt/pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°c
Using a peeler, cut the zucchini into tagliatelle. Put them in a salad bowl with coarse salt. Set aside.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry, sprinkle with parmesan.
Add the zucchini tagliatelle to the center of the pie crust
Fold the edges
Add a drizzle of olive oil and pine nuts.
Brush the dough with a little milk.
Bake for about 30 min.
Remove the tart from the oven, and place a burrata on top, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
