- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 3 lemons
- 125g sugar
- 75g melted butter
- 3 eggs
- meringues and lemon slices (for decoration)

Preheat the oven to 180°c
Roll out the shortcrust pastry in the tart mold.
Squeeze the 3 lemons.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and mix well. Add the lemon juice then the melted butter.
Pour the mixture over the pastry.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Wait until the tart is lukewarm before decorating it.
