- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of Gruyère/cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 180°c
Open the 2 chicken fillets and, using a rolling pin, flatten them.
Season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top.
Fold over the chicken breast
Place the beaten eggs on one plate, and the flour and breadcrumbs on two other plates.
Dip each chicken fillet in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Repeat 2 times.
Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes, plus a few more minutes under the broiler.
