- 3 cod fillets
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 200g black olives
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°c.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and olives in half.
Arrange the cod in the dish, add the tomatoes and olives around it.
Salt, pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add a little water to the bottom of the dish.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
