  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150g sugar
  • 75g grated coconut
  • 125mL water
  • 30g butter

Recipe

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170°c

Step 2

In a bowl mix the coconut and water, set aside.

Step 3

In a mixer or bowl, put the egg yolks, sugar, butter, coconut and water. Mix or blend everything.

Step 4

Put a little sugar in the bottom of the muffin molds.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the molds.

Step 6

Bake for 50 minutes then leave to cool before unmolding.
