Products purchased via the Site can be delivered to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address outside this geographical area.
2 Shipping and delivery costs
Processing and shipping costs, which are additional to the sale price of the Product, will be notified to the Customer at the latest before the order is validated.
Delivery times are available on the Site as indicated below. Shipping costs are calculated according to the Products selected, the total value of the order and the delivery service chosen by the Customer.
Delivery times run from the date of order confirmation by IC. If these delivery times exceed thirty days from the date of order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the Customer reimbursed.
Delivery will be made within the times indicated below. In the event of IC's partner being out of stock, please allow 15 days for delivery in addition to the delivery times below.

The maximum delivery times for items available in stock are 3 to 10 working days for home delivery depending on the country of delivery. The carrier will inform the Customer of the delivery date or time by email once the order has been placed.
In exceptional cases, and in order to ensure optimal delivery of orders, IC reserves the right to use another logistics service provider. The Customer will then be informed by email in order to arrange a delivery appointment. No additional fees will be charged.
Except for deliveries to relay points, deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer, the latter remaining solely responsible for a delivery failure due to the communication of an incorrect address or insufficient information on the order.
When taking possession of the Products, the Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging as well as the Products in order to ensure their good condition.
It is up to the Customer to express the reservations and complaints that he considers necessary, or even to refuse the package, when the package is obviously damaged on delivery.
