By using the site www.pyrex.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer(s)") declares that he/she has read and is capable of entering into these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "TCU") for the Site, and the Customer is deemed to have accepted them. Failing this, the Customer is not authorized to use the Site, nor to take advantage of any rights linked to its use.

Purpose and scope of these clauses

The purpose of these TCU is to define the conditions under which the Customer may benefit from the services of the Site and/or its applications, in particular digital applications, existing or to come, of which IC has, directly or indirectly, the use or ownership. These TCU may be modified at any time.

Intellectual property and copyright

The Website Editor, as designated in the Site's "Legal Notice", is the owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the content accessible on the Site, in particular texts, images, photographs, videos, logos and brands, which are protected by rights held by it or its third-party partners. All brands or product names mentioned are registered by their owners.

Any partial or total reproduction, in particular for advertising or commercial purposes, as well as any adaptation, modification, use, transmission, copy, redistribution and/or exploitation, on any medium and by any means whatsoever, of all or part of these elements or contents, is strictly forbidden, except with the express prior authorization of the Website Editor. Any infringing use will be subject to legal action to preserve the rights of the Website Editor.

Only the reproduction, viewing and printing of the Site's contents are authorized for personal, non-commercial use, with mention of the sources (e.g. indication of the Site's URL).

Photographs of offers, accompanying their description, are not contractual and do not bind the Website Editor.

Creation of links

The Site authorizes the creation of hypertext links to its content, provided that :

- no techniques are used to embed Site pages within the pages of another site (iframe, meta refresh, etc.), but the Site is opened in a dedicated window with a visible URL;

- point directly to the Web page hosting the content in question or, failing that, to the Site's home page.

Links created within this framework must only be for personal, associative or professional purposes; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is excluded, as is any creation of links from Internet sites disseminating information of an illegal, pornographic, insulting, propaganda or polemical nature, or, more generally, likely to offend sensibilities or morality.

In all cases, any link, even if tacitly authorized, must be removed on simple request from IC.

The Site may include links to other websites or other Internet sources. IC cannot be held responsible for the availability of these external sites and sources, and cannot be held responsible for the content, advertising, products, services or any other material available on or from these external sites or sources.

Site content

The main purpose of the Site is to present the various Pyrex® products, their marketing and conditions of use.

Accessibility of the Site

IC undertakes to use its best efforts to ensure that the Site is accessible to Internet users at all times. The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, computer difficulties, difficulties related to the structure of communications networks or technical difficulties. For maintenance reasons, IC may interrupt the Site and will endeavour to give prior notice to Internet users.

IC may not be held liable in the event of unavailability of the Site for any reason whatsoever, the occurrence of bugs, inaccuracies or omissions relating to information available on the Site, damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the Site, and more generally in the event of direct or indirect damage, whatever the cause, origin, nature or consequences thereof, following use of or access to the Site by the Internet user or downloading from the Site.
