  • Description

Ahh the iconic soufflé, sweet or savory. A must-have that is, however, not so easy to cook… This is where we suggest you meet our soufflé mold. Made of transparent borosilicate glass, it allows you to monitor the cooking of your precious recipe. In addition, it is relatively deep so that your gourmet soufflé can take up as much space as it wants during its rise. And to go even further, we also recommend that you use it for all kinds of fruit or vegetable clafoutis.

Pyrex® borosilicate glass, renowned for its resistance to extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +350°C, preserves the freshness of your meals without retaining odors or stains. In addition, it is BPA-free, thus guaranteeing the safety of your food.

  • Usage tips

How to use : Conventional oven (350°C maximum), microwave oven if appropriate size, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.

    Never use :

    • Directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill or barbecue.
    • A chipped or partially broken dish

    Precautions for use :

    • Avoid sudden temperature changes:
      Do not:
      - Place hot food on damp or cold surfaces.
      - Immerse a hot dish in cold water.
      - Add cold liquid to a hot dish (if necessary, add hot water only).
      - Putting a cold dish under the grill
A hot dish or its lid must always be handled with potholders or dry gloves to avoid any risk of burns.
    • Do not use sharp utensils.
    • Do not use an electric mixer
    • Microwave-compatible
    • Use in a conventional oven at temperatures above 350°C can damage the glass.
    • When using the item under a grill/rotisserie, leave at least 10 cm between the edge of the dish and the heat source.
    • Carefully cut into the dish

    Care instructions :

    • Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Dishwashing under abnormal conditions, such as excessive water temperature and detergent dosage, may damage the decor, glass and lid.
    • In the event of burnt or stuck food, we recommend soaking with soap and water once the dish has cooled.

Although our glass is more resistant than others, it can break into several pieces or be chipped by repeated mechanical impact.

Main causes of mechanical shock :

    • In the dishwasher: repeated knocks during washing if the dish is not stable in the dishwasher, or if it has been knocked before washing. Always check the condition of the dish before putting it in the dishwasher.
    • A shock or chip, depending on its intensity, can generate instantaneous breakage or the beginnings of a rupture that can lead to subsequent breakage.
    • In the cupboard: during storage, improper stacking or bumping into another dish can result in chipping or burrs, which can lead to breakage at a later date.

Occasionally check for chips or dents.
